Our mission: a relaxed move to Mallorca

Moving to Mallorca should not be a stress marathon, but an exciting new start. We founded ¡TODO! Mallorca because we have walked this path ourselves – with everything that comes with it: appointments that are fully booked for weeks, forms in Spanish, authorities that give different answers.

That is why we take exactly that off your hands today. It doesn’t matter whether you are just toying with the idea, in the middle of planning or already here and realising that quite a lot is still open: we sort things out, accompany you and get them done. In German, Spanish or English, and with an office in Llucmajor from which we support the whole island.

Anyone who lives here more than 183 days a year needs it. So we check your proof in advance, fill in the forms and accompany you to the appointment.

Register your car

FAQ: moving to Mallorca

Authorities, deadlines and documents

Do I need a NIE number if I move to Mallorca?

Yes. The NIE is the basis for almost all dealings with the authorities – from the rental contract and the bank account to the car registration. That is why it is always the first step – without it, practically nothing works.

When do I need a residencia?

As soon as you spend more than 183 days a year in Spain, you count as a resident and need to register. There are exceptions that apply earlier – for example, if your child attends a public school. The proof you need depends on how you earn your living: employees submit a payslip (nómina), self-employed people their tax return, pensioners the S1 form.

How quickly can I get an appointment with the authorities?

That is where most people get stuck: appointments are often fully booked for weeks, and the booking portals are in Spanish. That is why we know the processes and take care of getting the appointment – for the NIE with power of attorney it takes two to three weeks.

What is the empadronamiento and do I need it?

The empadronamiento is the registration at the town hall of your municipality, comparable to the residents’ registration office. You need it for school enrollment, access to healthcare and quite a bit more. However, each municipality handles the procedure itself – the Ajuntament of your place of residence is responsible.

Working together and costs

Do you speak Spanish too?

Yes. We all speak German, Spanish and English. At the counter, usually neither German nor English is spoken – that is why we gladly accompany you to your appointments on request.

What does your support cost?

We work with fixed prices, no “from” prices. If you book several services together, we will make you a package offer.

Can’t I handle the paperwork myself?

Of course. Many steps can be done yourself if you speak Spanish, have the time and know which form goes where. What you hand over to us is up to you.
